See the practice owners log at home, clearly labelled as the owner’s report, next to what you have reviewed yourself. You and the owner can both tell what was observed by a trainer and what was reported from the living room.
A weekly review
The weekly review brings the week’s check-ins and open questions together so nothing waits unanswered until the next class.
Credentials shown truthfully
A credential urSynergy staff have checked shows a checked badge. Anything else is shown as self-reported, so owners know what they are looking at.
